thanks for the info. So having 2 coach seats left to sell could mean it is oversold. I assumed that having 2 coach seats left to sell meant it was 2 short of being oversold. Thanks for clarifying that.

If I get put on volunteer list first, won't I receive whatever voucher they ultimately end up at? In otherwords, if they first asked for volunteers for $200 voucher, but then offer $500, if I agreed at $200, won't I get $500?
