I don't know if the rules have changed recently, but we ignorantly failed to read/realize that we needed to bring a passport sized photo with us on our trip to Cambodia. They say they need them for your Visa on Arrival. What would have cost us a buck in Bangkok cost us $25 per in Cambodia.
