When I was at the Bali Westin I witnessed a staff member frantically banging and yelling at the door of a guest one morning until eventually the staff member let himself in the door.
I asked what was going on and was told it was an Asian wakeup call. The guest must request it in advance. Talk about heavy sleepers!
