I find the americans who seem to think the rest of the world should be like the USA can get westerners in general a bad rap.

I have seen people who thrust money in peoples hands and do it in such a way that they want everyone to see it and it just seems to show a great deal of disrespect to all concerned.

Now before all you higher than thou types try jumping up and down at this post, take a look around you when travelling and you will see just how often this happens and just how annoying it is.
