& it must be done in 10K increments

This 20--25% of value fee is less nasty than the 60%-of-value fees of AA, UA, DL, CO, & NW, and 50% of Priority Club, but can't hold a candle to the zero-fee transfers of Hyatt ^ & Marriott ^ !
