The above guides are correct - I've walked it from the DOM termainals and essentially it's the back hallway of International, facing DOM, the opposite side from where you'd normally greet an INTL passenger.

Think of immigration/customs ad the middle of the building - most of us exit Right for the lobby in building front, but connectors exit left for building rear. There are lots of doors back there, so just sit on the window sill and await your passenger (who will hopefully call you from the plane, no cell phones allowed in immigration and maybe customs).

As they note, to get there you come from DOM terminals but make hard left/right (depending on which side you come from) to get into the connecting hall; I forget on which floor (you have to rise quite a bit from DOM terminal level)
