In order to do immigration in HKT you need to check your luggage all the way to HKT. Show the agent at your originating city the ticket or e-ticket receipt for the flight BKK-HKT. Upon arrival in BKK you will stay in the International terminal. Get your boarding pass at the Transfer Desk.

Your flight to Phuket will depart from the bus gate area gates 1 through 7. You will be bused directly to the plane and enter the aircraft via stairs at the rear of the plane. Domestic passengers will already be onboard. At arrival in HKT you will follow the customs and immigration signs to passport control and the luggage area. Have fun.
