I was the Grand Bretagne on points earlier this year and they forgot our wake-up (which they admitted to) but did call us about 1 hour later saying our car to the airport was here. Whoever was managing the front desk comped our dinner charges from the night before, about $150. That falls far short of one night's room charge (whether at rack or a reasonably discounted rate), and didn't include points, but I thought it was fair given that, while we had to rush of course, we made it to our flight ok, so there was no harm in the end.
