So far this year, whatever shown in FQTV and FQTS in my PNR, were correctly printed out in the BP. My only missing sector was SIN-SYD. The reason was due to the fact I changed from SQ221 to SQ231 at SKL. The BP was printed correctly, but somehow the PPS sectors never posted, as well as the miles that credited to UA MP.

Last year, at SKL, yes, one of the agents there got the first hand experience in printing the correct BP. Somehow eventhough my FQTV showed LH M&M, the BP kept printing the SQ*G. He was insisted on the correctness of the FQTV. I politely said no, it would not work, because eventhough FQTV is LH MM but the BP shows SQ*G. he tried at least 5 times more. Still unable to fix it. At the end, I showed him all my BPs, and explained to him. Here is the BP when my miles go to SQ. Here is the BP when the miles go to LH. And here is is the BP when the miles go to UA.
He paged me 30 minutes later, with an apology, and handed me the correct BP with SQxxxxxxxxx LH*G.
