Well at least I got a response. No offense to you, just once again I see that the employees are better than management in trying to resolve problems. I thank you for your time in reviewing this.
I signed up the last week of January, because I was told there was a 5000 bonus mile promotion offered that I would see in my February statement newsletter. I received my card which is valid through 3/02 but no bonus and now am confused with and in case no one has noticed, bitter about management's recent indifference. Sorry, I just don't think I am going to get much use of the membership this year. Being Gold Medallion coupled with Crown Room Club membership, I was ready to take most of my business to Delta.
