What is the O&D traffic between BHM-SLC? Delta sure has ruined most west coast to BHM flights with their new scheduling in/out of ATL. Only 6am departure options from most cities doesn't cut it.
I sure hope BHM-SLC is in the near future on an E170 or UA through DEN will be looking pretty hard to beat in 2006.
