Sofitel Hotel - It's new and has amazing views of the heart of downtown
Swissotel Hotel - A little out of the way but has beautiful views of the buildings along Chicago River and the Navy Pier in Lake Michigan

Hong Kong
Peninsula - (high floor in new tower) - This is my first choice in this city.

Singapore
Ritz Carlton (Harbour view rooms) - Indeed, even in the bathroom you'll have the entire city in your sight.

Bangkok
Peninsula - Simply stunning.

San Francisco
Mandarin Oriental - On a beautiful sunny day, you'll almost not want to leave the room to just sit and marvel on the city infront of you.
