I or should I say AA lost my bag dca-mia-mco on 12/5. Still not found so they sent me a property claim form?

they say for all items over $100 I need a receipt.. yeah right

I don't have receipt for a suit I bought a couple years ago
they ask for brand names.......... yeah right.. most clothing I have no clue
prices.. i don't know how much I paid for some of my clothes
some stuff was gifted to me.. again, don't know prices..

what do I do for this stuff? how much will AA deny a claim b/c I don't know my price or can't support it with a receipt?
