Sounds like a great trip. A few recommendations below [get the high floors in all of 'em for best results]:

Singapore: Marriott (in the centre of the city with a great view of Orchard road et al from the higher floors), or Ritz-Carlton (excellent view of the bay)

Bangkok: Banyan Tree Hotel

Hong Kong: Peninsula

Dubai: Burj Al-Arab (not sure if it'd fit the price range though)
