I think you'll really need to do the research yourself on this one. Look in the frequent flyer forum of the airline you want to fly on. Usually there will be a sticky with different info on that airline. Familarize yourself with the airlines website, they'll usually indicate what fare classes are upgradeable.
Most airlines don't list their award inventory that is readable to KVS.
