Apparently it gets even worse in coach. I made a reservation on hold that goes PHL-SJU A330 and a return from STT-PHL on a 767 and in coach by meal both say Buy on Board! Kind of like HP does to Costa Rica. So coach will not even get cold sandwiches anymore like the ones I ate to CZM,PUJ, and AUA
