Okay folks as a working crewmember I agree one cup of soda, esp. on a long flight like denver-florida or dulles-vegas is miserly. However we (the crews) did not come up with this policy. Please feel free to make your comments known to customer service through emails or letters. You can complain all you want to the FAs, but unfortunately it still isn't going to get you a full can of coke <g>. Frankly I would rather be working more on those long flights instead of sitting on the (very very uncomfortable) jumpseat.
And yes, you can ask for refills.
