Good luck in trying to sort it out..it has been far too time consuming for me. Best to do it in person if that's convenient. Otherwise, it could get hairy and very frustrating.

Well, after the advice above, on my return trip, I made sure I specifically state FQTV to the check in agent & eagled eyed my BP. Hopefully, it will appear in afew days time.
