A security escort in Karachi? Not really necessary -- at least nothing truly good is generally available to the general public -- nor necessarily advisable except for very particular circumstances with very particular requirements delivered. A driver and/or someone who is a native-level speaker of Urdu is generally sufficient for most tourists and other visitors if they are not going to off-the-beaten track locales within Karachi or vicinity.
