If you had to come into NY Penn station, I think I read that the PATH is, for the duration of the strike, running trains on a loop from Penn out to Hoboken and into WTC, no transfers needed. I'd recommend double-checking my info, though.

During the strike, PATH is running a special service, weekdays only, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM between 33rd Street and WTC (in both directions). The special service does NOT go via Hoboken. PATH's late-night service operates between 33rd Street and WTC via Hoboken.
