I prefer the cabin from back to front - that is, 1st choice 3A/D, then 2A/D. The seats in front of you are so far away that it's (to me) of more benefit to have no one BEHIND you than no one in front of you. Row 1 is closest to the galley and appears to be noisiest (though that's a relative term, the p.s. F cabin is usually very, very quiet^ ).

Just as an aside, as of my last p.s. flight there is NO floor/underseat storage in any row of F for takeoff and landing, so there is no particular disadvantage to Row 1 as a bulkhead, and it doesn't lack anything for legroom. All carryon throughout the p.s. F cabin has to go in the OHBs for takeoff and landing but since each pair of seats has 1.5 bins to itself and they don't let anyone from C or Y up there to pirate those bins, you will just about never have any issues with bin space.
