Oversold or not?

I am flying from JAX-CVG-ALB tomorrow evening. As any good FT'er would do, I started looking for possible alternate routing via the ITN availability tool in the event that there is an oversell situation. The ITN tool shows
Cabin class: Y0 B0 M0 H0 Q0 K0 L0 U0 T0 availability (JAX-CVG) and
Cabin class: Y0 B0 M0 H0 Q0 K0 L0 U0 T0 (CVG-ALB) , so following what I have learned here, I decided to call DL and simply ask them. The first time I called, I was told that both legs of my flights were indeed full, but she was uncertain if they were in an oversell situation yet. So, again, like any FT'er worth their weight in salt would do, I hung up and called back. This time I was told that there were definitely seats available for purchase for both legs of the flight. Ok. This person sounded very confident, but I wasn't convinced. Hung up and called back a third time. Was told by lucky contestant number three that they were indeed in an oversell situation for BOTH legs of my flight. REALLY now. ITA shows that I can purchase a ticket in Y, but DL website won't price a ticket and shows no selectable seats on the seat selection link. Who do I believe? How can I know for sure? And why the confusion and differing answers on DL Agent's part?

I just want the bump. Is that too much to ask for???
