O.K. it's Xmas so I'm cranky, but first experience of CW in 777 is of incrediblly loud engine noise. I had ear plugs and Bose noise cancellation cans on but still seemed very loud. (o.k. I'll seek counselling...) And is it me, or does upgrading families with very small children who yell all the way until landing make sense?.... this really hits the tired exec traveller where it hurts.

The food is crap, the IFE is crap, all there is to do is sleep. I choose BA specifically for the flat bed and the expectation of a peaceful experience cross Atlantic.
