Please let me know your experiences this morning on getting to the NYC area airports (specifically LGA) from Manhattan. I have a Dec 22 flight from LGA-ORD at 6am and am concerned with the contingency plan to have the flow of traffic only coming into the city in the morning (vice versa in evening). Thanks in advance.
