The Ted flights ORD<->PHX are well over 3 hours. (Not counting delay in PHX, and penalty box in ORD).

Sometimes the A320 is tight full to the last jump seat. The fare can be $218-500 or more. The babies around are crying loudly all three hours. Business travelers delight.
