If you are going through with it, I would recommend the quietest area at the airport: The 2nd floor (departure) outside security by the 2 elevators coming up from the airport express train. (all the way west behind all the Contintental check in crap that's stored and only taken out for the departure)

There are sleeper seats there and there will be absolutely no traffic there until you have to get up (not many people use this elevators, most take the escalators) People start arriving around 5:30. (First SK flight is at 06:20 to CPH, LH 06:30 to FRA)
