DL is just missing all the marks. Leo is a good numbers guy but no airline exec. The Skymiles program has been destroyed for GM and even SM fliers. I sent them a complaint letter and the response was "oh well" its for the good of the program. Still haven't figured out their logic. Maybe if the can merge with CO - some management from CO will be in positions to make customer first not the bottom line
