Why not award 2 PMUs per 20K after reaching 100K? Keeps the number of tiers the same, but rewards PMs.

The threshold could be below 100K, to keep GMs in the game, but in the current climate, I don't think that is likely. I know how big that second 50K seems to a GM, having been there many years before making PM.
