I would question the other direction, should DL add a new level for 150K miles. The PM reward structure with the loss of the SWUs has caused me to leave DL. I flew 150K miles last year and this year will possibly fly 25K as a result of the SWUs.

It seems to me, DL does not want more SMs, GMs, or PMs, they are trying to shed customers, so why would they want to lower the levels. Now, if they merge with CO who has a 75K level for PM, wonder what will happen?
