Your Credit Card Information Is Incomplete

So for the 3rd time in the last year or so I've gone to book a room at the spg.com website and gotten a message that says "your credit card information is incomplete". Why? never had a problem on the other 50 or so reservations I've made off the site. It's like my information was completely wiped out.

I certainly hope this wasn't caused by hackers, a virus or whatever on *woods side. Also, if even the potential of credit card theft was possible I'd certainly hope that *wood would preemptively contact me the way other businesses have done in the past with their customers.

If it's merely an error, then it's quite unacceptable customer service and they should immediately update their website or server so it doesn't happen again.

Finally, am I the only one that's had this problem?
