The first refurbished 772 have one more row of seats in the first business cabin, resulting in a 58-60" pitch with the slope Steve mentions. The latter ones have 75" pitch resulting in a flatter seat.
On the KUL-BKK vv. sectors, MH only flies its 333 (the TG codeshares have a mix of equipment, 333, 772, etc.), which has a typical Asian regional business class in a 45" 2-2-2 layout. Some of those MH 330 cabins are showing obvious signs of wear, especially the leased 332.
