this may sound somewhat old fashioned but would like to hear from parents with kids who, when they can manage to get away from home at all, fly separately to better the odds of surviving a crash. I recently saw a Chicago Tribune blog about this, and many people said they do travel on different planes. opinions? I'm writing an article for a nationa magazine about this.
