The other way is this, for future reference: If you have an e-ticket, get BA to print a copy of the ticket receipt. The SSCI machines do this automatically on a handy ATB sized voucher, and all check-in desks should also be able to print one on similar stock. This receipt has the ticket number in roughly the place that you'd be familiar with on a paper ticket.
