The ticket number is there, you just have to work for it. There's a yellow box with a + in it at the lower left corner of the From and To section of each sector - click on that, then scroll down to the box headed Ticket Issued - it'll have yur name and the ticket number. Why the info is there and printed in the palest grey is beyond me, but it's there.
