I suppose you can measure your net worth any way you like! Certainly accumulated miles have some positive value.

A closely related question is whether frequent flyer miles in a deceased person's account must be included in his/her estate. I have never seen a ruling on this. A sub-question is whether such miles can be transferred to an heir! Some airlines allow this (sometimes with limitations) and others don't. There was a thread on this topic recently.
