Just joined the community and I love it! I found so many information just by reading old messages!
I still need some:
1. Where can I get AF seat maps and know whether a flight is operated with NTC or OTC ?
2. Does anyone know about the site: www.optimalmove.com/flyertak/galileo.html? Was a great site where you could enter a date, a departure and arrival airport and a fare class and the site would tell you how many seats were left in the fare class... Unfortunately, the site doesn't work anymore... I have the ITN access which gives you the availabilities for all fare classes on a flight but it has some disadvantages: eg. if there too many classes, it won't display them all... (eg: ORY - RUN...); looking for availabilites is a lot longer through itn... So, does anyone know a site to check availibilites in any class quicker than ITN and where all classes can be checked?
3. On ITN, the award tickets classes (X, O , E...) are not displayed... Where can I get the availabilities ?
4. On ITN, the seat map of a flight isn't available within 24 hours before dep... Does anyone know a site where you could check the seat map at anytime...?
5. Does anyone know a site where you can check in which fare class a ticket is booked (checkmytrip.com doesn't give you the information...) ?
6. I have found an interesting mistake on FB website... It says that a Frequence Jeune member leaving in the DOM / TOM gets a 35.000 miles bonus every six flights (even metropolitan flights!!!!). When I called FB to ask whether this was a mistake or not, the lady was rather surprised but when she checked in her database, she told me that effectively i was entitled to a 35.000 miles bonus if leaving in the DOM/TOM. I should receive this bonus today or tomorrow but I'm afraid i'm only gonna get 4.000 miles (usual bonus for people leaving in France). Do you think I should complain since I have a printed page of the AF site where it is told I'm entitled to 35000 every six flights what ever the flights are... ?? Has anyone ever benefited from this 35.000 miles bonus ?
7. Is there anyway to have the exact numbers of booked passengers and so on an AF flight through internet ??
