Contrary to many posts here, I was able to get 2 free BizElite tickets for my wife and daughter to LGW from JFK (via ATL-the only negative), in addition to using SWU's successfully for my paid ticket.

Flights were early or on time, the luggage was among the first off, and the crews were outstanding. The service on the transAtlantic flights was great. This was truly DL at its best--especially with the flight attendants making a fuss over my daughter--she enjoyed the attention. She was the only child in Biz Elite and they couldn't get over how well behaved she was (proud Papa talking).

Just thought some of you might like to hear about a POSITIVE Delta experience.
