friday and today I was extremely pleased with LHs service how they managed to handle the bad weather conditions and delays / cancellations in MUC. Beside the fact as (too) often waiting for an availible seat in MUCs SEN Lounge... well done this weekend.

After lifting and shifting from one flight to another, I ended up in "R" today. Can anybody tell me what the "R" class is, how many miles I should get for it and finally where I can find this info on my own (not to bother you in future ) as I searched a number of sites without luck.
