Bear, Thank you for passing on the tip. Now, I have an alternative to directly accessing ITN/AmericanExpress travel in www.flyaow.com
I noticed that they also have RTW stuff powered by Airtreks.


How do you find their customer service? Are they responsive to email? If you get tickets issued by them and are travelling internationally, how convenient are they to change (even when you pay the change fee)?
