I just joined it a couple weeks ago, and have had no problem. Ignore their response. The key thing is, you have to choose the "Expert User" Option - go in to Edit your Profile and hunt around, you'll find it. I made the same rookie mistake, so don't feel bad. Once you activate that option, you will see seat availability in all classes for a max of 7 seats for each class (F3, G6, B7, etc...)
