Rats! NBC pulled out of our broadcast market here about 5 years ago (San Francisco) in a fee dispute, so I didn't have a way to watch the Today Show. (I know that NBC kept their cable channel, but I don't have cable and when the broadcast tower was moved from Oakland to San Jose/Santa Cruz, the entire city of SF lost all NBC programming. Don't get me started -- all my favorite shows were on NBC and went **poof**).

A video link or even transcript would be much appreciated. So far nothing on the NBC/MSNBC/Today Show websites.
