So far at looks like the Hilton is the winner as I stress out that hour of the morning waiting to get taxis and all.
It seems like I can hop the train and be there without any worries as long as the alarm clock goes off like a siren
I can easily walk with my Travel pro luggage on wheels and a carry on anywhere......
From where I get the luggage how long is the walk to the Hilton property?
According to thegoderic 30 minutes approx to T1?
I assume coming in at 9:00 PM I will miss my complimentary massage at the Molton Brown Spa
Hi 777 global mile hound,

From arriving at T4 and pciking up your bags, exit customs, take the lift to departures and the walkway to the Hilton is on the right hand side of the building as you walk past the Club World counters ( close to the first check in and the elevators to the Heathrow Express. I would also get a HEX timetable so you can time your arrival at the platform for the T4 to T123 train.
From exiting customs ot Hilton approx 10 mins ( walking at a moderate pace)
The 30mins quoted by thegoderic would be the worstcase scenario for hilton to T1 if you arrived at the T4 platform and the HEX had just left (every 15 mins -if you just boarded the train just before it left you could do it in 15mins.

The T4 arrivals lounge closes at 2pm so no chance of the MB massage.

Regards
