One would conclude that if you are arriving at LHR on NCW that you would have access to the MB area.
The only reason I'm obsessing about this is I've just convinced my lovely wife that we need to spend this New Years on a BA NCW trip. What tipped the scales was my mention that with the lengthly layovers she could avail herself of a MB treatment both ways... I that turns out to be incorrect I could be in the preverbal dog house.
