Other than the fact that putting miles to it allows you to u/g MH flights I can't think of anything good to say about Enrich. You cannot earn status unless you fly C & F, which is similar to SQ's PPS but at least they allow you to earn Gold with 50,000 miles.

The customer service for Enrich is truly awful. In the UK we tend to get World of Riches (the newsletter) a few weeks before the end of the quarter it is for, leaving you little notice of offers for that quarter. Thankfully it's available on line.

I've been waiting 8 weeks for them to unlock my on line account. Unless you intend using miles for upgrades on MH I would avoid Enrich as it's not worth the hassle, which is a shame as the airline itself is very good.
