My experiences with Dell support are mixed:
-long waiting times on the phone, 15 to 30 min.
-first rep (in India) was lousy, got wrong information
-second rep (in India) was very knowledgeable and helpful
-got a call from a "supervisor" lady, asking if everything went well
Still, I would buy Dell again ....
