I'm not sure exactly what the previous poster but one refers to as "BS."

I agree that my theory on the reason for the shortening of login time is debatable, but - per themicah - there's widespread agreement that shortened login time is a real phenomenon. In NWA's case it's also cotemporaenous with a changed CoC and the elimination of the the most creative translant routings. The previous poster but one advances no alternative hypothesis for these events.... so, if not [email protected], then who?

At NWA.COM you'll see that the shorter reservation login time applies equally to award bookings and to paid bookings, so it's a systemwide website logic. This suggests it has nothing to do with award bookings specifically.
