I agree that my theory on the reason for the shortening of login time is debatable, but - per themicah - there's widespread agreement that shortened login time is a real phenomenon. In NWA's case it's also cotemporaenous with a changed CoC and the elimination of the the most creative translant routings. The previous poster but one advances no alternative hypothesis for these events.... so, if not

At NWA.COM you'll see that the shorter reservation login time applies equally to award bookings and to paid bookings, so it's a systemwide website logic. This suggests it has nothing to do with award bookings specifically.
