I remember some US citizens who told me and really really believed that Chrysler produces better cars than Mercedes as well, so I know how to take their objective comparison between UAL and LH...
On the other hand, it does not surprise that a financially healthy LH offers better service than a carrier being bankrupt for years now , right ?
Not so much to be proud of and I think LH wants to be compared with other carries as well, not necassarily US based ones though...
