Just tried dummy bookings ex-SIN for both IST and CAI in October. They're showing as bookable - looks like the new DME flight is just added capacity to DXB, since the timetable SIN-DXB for October shows 10 flights operating each week.
SQ 490/SQ491 to/from IST and SQ 492/493 to/from CAI are here to stay. Good news for RTWs!
