On my way to Chicago I flew lufthansa´s A330 in business with top notch seats, in-flight entertainment and ... flynet. On my way back my travel agent booked me on the United flight to Frankfurt. I didn´t protest since I knew i was going to fly a 777. But o my goodness ... it is unbelieveble how much less value you get for the same money. ....ty seats, not really business worthy, in-flight entertainment system was a complete zero with a screen barely larger than that of my ipod. Flight attendandts were visibbly working against their will, the interior looked old and worn out ...
This was my first and last United experience, nothing better than Lufthansa, KLM and Airfrance if you want to go to the states
