There are hundreds every day! And thousands of Gold card holders passing through. It's hard enough to get an appointment as it is!
Note your SEA arrives in to Terminal 4, your MAD departs from T1 (if operated by BA) or T2 (if operated by Iberia - in which case, you have my condolonces too). You will need to transit from T4 to T1 (numerous threads on this, a search should turn up a few). My advice would be to transit right away and use the showers at least if you want to freshen up in the T1 Terraces. You would be entitled to use the Arrivals Lounge from SEA in T4 (and could probably blag it in T1), but this means going landside then back airside for your connection to MAD. Far easier to transit through Flight Connections then just use the facilities in the (big, very nice) Terraces at T1.

Similar, but in reverse - you'll be going T1/T2 to T4 to get the SEA flight. Happily, you have plenty of time if all goes well, so the first thing you should do is head for the 'BA Lounge Pavilion complex' and book yourself in for an MB treatment. If you're in FIRST on the way back too, you can use the Concorde Room whilst you wait for the treatment slot, and afterwards. It's a very nice lounge. If I were you, I'd get the treatment then just hang out there (unless you really want to shop!). They have some food/snacks from menus and a bar you can order it all at (plus the essential booze too!) and most of the eateries aren't much cop out of the lounge anyway.
Have a good trip.
Phil
PS There's no first class in Europe. The highest BA offer is 'Club Europe' (business class). Again, numerous threads around on what this is like/what you can expect vs. AA Domestics, etc.
